last couple'a days.

so thursday, myself and seniori tufa went to play snooker, my first time in about two years. really enjoyed too! he won 3-2, he fluked to win one frame, but i thrashed him in one too! otherwise it was all really close. high break of 16 for kev!

afterwards, i went up coxys where we waited for janine, and then the 3 of us went to see avatar in newport. fair plays, really good film. i thought people were gonna overhype it for me a lot, but it was amazing. stunning to look at, and i wish the bbc would do a pandora wildlife special!!! be awesome=]

last night then, i found an argos sale thing. had a little look and, as i've been after one, found a nice little sony camera, 10mp, easy to carry about wherever i go, £70! had to have it. biddy bought it for me so i can pay her back in two instalments, otherwise i'd have to not have it and it was the last day of the sale! took this lovely pic with it earlier of the clothesline in the front garden


not bad quality fair dues! i dont think i've mentioned, but i'm hoping to get a few designs done so i can get some tshirts printed. only done it once before, and that was for gus and mike's film, balaka. it came out pretty cool too, nice simple white silouhette. so i've been thinking. playing codmw2 the other day... inspiration stuck. as i've been potching with 8bit pixel graphics a small bit lately, and i've done some mario stuff in the past (maybe i'll find it and show) i decided to recreate the captain price mario figure... this is it!!



pretty happy with that, colours look about right, and i hope his facial hair is spot on. hands were a bit mad to do, not sure if they're too fat or too thin, which is why they're covered! i may still potch with those. but thats roughly what'll be on the tshirt! gonna have a think of another few i can do, as i love the 8bit look. optimus prime perhaps or keep it simpler and just do autobot and decepticon symbols. who knows!
