today, is a good day. i was awoken from a phone call from an old friend shaun, about going to cardiff to see another old friend. hells, fucking, yes. shaun and lyons are a great couple of friends from back in my college days, and we dont get to meet up so much these days a they're both busy and i'm... well not. har! but yeah, cardiff for food, nostalgia, and a ruddy big laugh!

also today, these came in the post!

starship troopers was £2.99, and i havent seen it in years! and gotrek and felix is a series of books i've long loved, and this is the third omnibus. awesomes! also ALSO today, i got THIS!


masterpiece skywarp, a nice big 8 inches (no sniggers) of awesome transformerness. and how much you may ask? £20 in argos of all places!!! how frikkin genius is that? reserved... MINE. wahey!

so thats today anyway, maybe i'll blog tomorrow about how tonight goes, as, excited as i am, they're both taking the wives and well... i dont have one. ho hum! may feel a bit meh about it but i'm not expecting too. anyways....
